Our Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, bring item to the store or you contact us at hello@apolishedman.com. For online returns, we’ll send you a return shipping label if your return is accepted, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item that was ordered and shipped without damages, each request is taken into consideration by A Polished Man and reviewed based on product availability, or limited edition / bespoke status of an item. To have your exchange request replied to, submit your request in the form provided and one of our customer service representatives will contact you directly via email.

If an item is missing from an order or damaged in transit, the issue must be submitted on this Returns || Exchange page within 72 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement item. Customers are asked to upload a photo(s) and a description of the damages, then a downloadable PDF will be emailed with a return shipping label. Once the item is received and inspected, a replacement item will be shipped to the customer.

Shipping Information

A Polished Man makes every effort to process your order within 48 hours. When you place an order from our shop, you can typically expect your items to ship within 3-5 business days. If you place multiple orders at the same time, our customer service staff will group them whenever possible.

Please note that due to the coronavirus crisis US shipping carriers can take up to 7 days to fully process and deliver your order. We will provide tracking the moment your order has shipped from A Polished Man and you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.

We are happy to offer free shipping on all orders $100+ in the US.

Shipping rates over our $100 free offer are listed in your customer checkout; we offer US Domestic Ground, Priority 3-4 Day Mail, and Overnight Express for orders processed and paid in the US. Orders shipping to Canada will be sent via Priority Mail Canada and can take 7-10 days to be processed by the carrier.

At this time A Polished Man does not ship internationally (with the exception of Canada).
