Yes, we do! A Polished Man is located Downtown Greenville, South Carolina at 2 W. Washington St. We are next to Orvis.
Are your men’s items custom designs or can I have items made bespoke?
We have painstakingly sourced the highest quality men's accessories, designed and crafted in the US. Each item is of the highest quality and supremely stylish, from daytime to evening. In terms of custom / bespoke accessories, we are always eager to speak to our customers regarding their bespoke needs - just submit your inquiry on our Customer Service page.
I have questions regarding shipping and delivery; what do you offer?

What are your return and exchange policies?

If my return is approved, how long will it take to receive my refund?
Once approved we will process your refund right away, typically within 48 hours during regular business hours. Your bank may take longer to recognize the refund so be sure to contact them once you receive our email notification.
I receive a gift from your store - can I return or exchange?
Any item received as a gift is eligible for a full online store credit for the full amount of your gifted item, no questions asked. Just submit your request in the form provided, follow all returning goods instructions on our Returns & Exchange page and we’ll take care of the rest.
Do you offer gift cards for your store?
We do! A Polished Man offers ecards, for redemption on our site. Our digital gift cards have no additional processing fees and never expire.
