APPOINTMENT

• Schedule your custom clothing consultation
• Allow 60-90 min for appointment 
• Allow at least 2 months for delivery

CONSULTATION

• Come in for your custom clothing consultation
•Select clothing pieces and fabrics in our store 
•Personalize with design options 
•Take measurements for your personal fit profile
•Pay 50% deposit to process order

FITTING

• Come back for your fitting
• Bring your shoes and shirt
• Allow up to 20 minutes for fitting
• Pick up after final fitting - approximately two weeks

FAQS

Why do I need custom clothing?

Off-the-rack clothing is mass produced to fit the average person.  On the other hand, choosing custom affords the opportunity to own tailored pieces, based on your body measurements and observations and that are designed to fit your body and style, with a focus on details.

What if I gain weight after my fitting? 

Don’t worry. It’s unlikely that your size will change drastically. To give you an idea, 15 pounds generally represents a 1” difference in the chest, waist or seat. We like to measure you as you are today, and then make any adjustments during your final fitting.

Do you design suits and apparel for women?

A Polished Man  will soon offer women’s custom suiting through private trunk shows. Do you know a group of interested women who would love to gather and design their own custom suit styles? Submit your interest on our Instagram profile here.

Do you offer custom suits or tuxes for children?

We do not specifically design for children. We can design for chest sizes 28” and above. 

Can I rush an order?

It is possible to place a rush order for in-stock fabric items, at an additional cost. This will expedite production, with delivery in about ten business days.

Do you offer delivery and on-site styling/dressing for an event?

We can provide services such as on-site delivery and on-site styling/dressing. Costs are additional and based on availability and distance.

Can I sell back my custom suit or apparel?

All custom orders are final. We do not have a sell-back program at this time.

Do you offer accessories like cufflinks?

Yes, we offer cufflinks as well as other accessories.
